Pre Seasoned PSTK
Folded Rim
The Hex Quik-Disk has the most airflow of all our disks due to the unique hexagonal shape of the perforation. This six-sided opening allows the holes to be positioned closely allowing the maximum exposure to the heat of the oven while still maintaining strength. The folded rim also adds strength to the disk and creates an easy edge for peels to get under.

Lloyd Quik-Disks are superior to other disks because we use a Servo-Hydraulic Press to precisely form our disks. We monitor our tooling and resharpen often preventing unwanted burrs that can be found on cheaper competitor's disks.

Hearth Bake Disks

A new pizza disk design that allows pizzas to bake in a fast bake (calibrated) conveyor pizza oven and emerge with the special crispness associated with hearth oven baked pizzas.

.040 (18 gauge) Aluminum
Commercial Quality

Unique Perforations
Manufactured from heavy duty aluminum, the Hearth Bake Disk uses Lloyds’ Pre-Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK) Teflon-free coatings to convey heat evenly for consistently superior results. Engineering innovations alter the disk specifications into a newly designed pizza disk especially for fast bake conveyor pizza ovens.

Crust bottom is similar to baking in a hearth oven with an irregular hole pattern showing on the crust bottom.

Pizza Screens

Lowest price of all baking solutions
Screens are not NSF approved
If you are looking for the lowest priced solution for baking pizzas then a screen will fit your budget, however...

Look at your ROI on this type of purchase. Screens dent easily and are hard to clean because food gets stuck in the mesh and in the edges. When this happens the airflow is reduced, your crusts are compromised and your pizza loses it's crust quality .

By looking longer term and buying disks you will not only save $$ in the long run but your product stays consistent, cleaning costs are reduced and your customers will have reliably better pizza.
